Richard is the founder of Family Worship Centre, UK (FWC), which is a non-denominational Church that began as a house church with his family. He emphasises on Christian beliefs, such as – God’s holiness and righteousness, God’s love towards humans and most especially Christian views of Jesus. With the vision to develop an assembly of true believers committed to demonstrating true and practical Christian love to the hurting, discouraged, depressed and frustrated and empower them to influence their families and the world in worship and in truth.Richard served as a pastor in small churches and also led outreaches in parts of Ghana (mostly rural and un-churched areas) between 1989 till 2001 when he joined his family in the UK. His mission is to promote and spread the Gospel throughout the world; transforming lives and fulfilling destinies.Richard spent his early years in the UK supporting churches in Sheffield city till 2004 where he had further theological education at Cliff College and also Partnership for Theological College (Manchester Ecumenical College) in 2007. Richard’s passion is to reach the un-churched with Christ’s love; a commitment towards the transformation of humankind of diverse backgrounds; social/community action (Community Renewal Effort) services as well as encourage individuals and families to renew their passion for Christ.Richard is married and blessed with three girls and a boy.

Pastor Silvius Hooper is one of the founding members of Family Worship Centre, UK. He was born in Ghana. Educated in Accounting, was called into Ministry and responded fully to God's call in 1992. Silvius attended Shalom Bible Institute in Ghana and graduated with Diploma in Biblical studies. He is the author of the book 'Thanksgiving, Praise and Worship Manual". He is a teacher, Preacher and a Worship leader. He is also anointed in deliverance Ministry and mightily used by God in Fountain of Life Mission, Accra, Ghana. God has used him in the the music ministry in Scripture Union, Calvary Pentecostal Church in Takoradi and Fountain of Life Mission in Accra. He was a member of International Central Gospel Church in Accra. Ps. Hooper has been used by God in music and evangelism in Renhad Bonkie's crusade in Ghana and many more.
He is married to a beautiful lady and God has blessed them with three wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter to his own Glory.

Daniel is one of the vision carriers of the Family Worship Centre. He has a huge passions for the work of ministry and emphasises on the fact that everyone has something to do in the house of God, no matter how large or small, and everybody is a can-do person. Daniel's christian life started as far back as 1981 while he was a student at the secondary school in Ghana. It was at this time he realised the calling of God upon his life to be a can-do person in the house of God. He has been involved in many outreach programmes in Ghana, establishing various ministries and branches of churches. He has worked with Soul Revival Evangelistic Ministry (SOREM), Zoe Ministries, Calvary Road Incorporated, Harvest International Ministries, Christian Restoration Centre, all in Ghana. He also worked with Peace Charis Assembly of God Church, Malaysia. He is currently the Chair of Trustees, Berean Baptist Temple, UK and Member of Trustees, Joy To The Nations. Daniel hold a Doctor of Philosophy and currently a Senior Lecturer at the University.
Daniel is Married and blessed with a boy and a girl.
